Design

Converting the agreed scope of works into an operational plan, ADA supports both end-users and contractors by delivering projects to industry and client specification, on budget and within the agreed timeframe.

What’s included in Project Management?

Track & manage PO’s and Financial budgets

ADA take great pride in refrigeration cost control and continual report project finances. All project orders and costs are tracked, captured, and reported back to the client to ensure full transparency.

Liaise with suppliers

ADA engage and liaise with suppliers for order placement to ensure key delivery milestones are achieved and the quality of the delivered equipment achieves the clients’ expectations and specification.

Progress and quality inspections

ADA undertake regular documented quality audits to ensure any installation is being installed in line with clients’ specifications and legislative standards.

Attendance at client and site progress meetings

ADA attends client and site meetings to gather requirements, assess the feasibility of the project, and ensure that the installation process runs smoothly. They are committed to delivering the project on time and within budget, and will proactively highlight any issues that may affect the successful delivery of the project.

Preparing summaries and project statement documents

ADA prepares summaries and project statements that clearly outline the scope, objectives, and deliverables of the project. They ensure that these documents accurately reflect the client’s requirements and comply with tender documents. ADA also signs off on projects to confirm that they meet all specifications and are completed to the client’s satisfaction, while ensuring compliance with any relevant regulations or industry standards.
